Terms and conditions

  • Top End Drift Association - Event Setup and Pack-Up Assistance Terms and Conditions

These Event Setup and Pack-Up Assistance Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the obligations and expectations of all drivers participating in events organized by the Top End Drift Association ("TEDA"). By engaging in event-related driving activities, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please review them carefully.

    1. Driver's Responsibility

As a driver participating in TEDA-organized events, you are responsible for assisting with both the setup and pack-up of the event as directed by TEDA.

    2. Assistance Requirement

2.1 Event Setup: Drivers must actively participate in the setup of event-related equipment, infrastructure, and other necessary items as instructed by TEDA. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with the arrangement of drift course barriers, safety cones, signage, and any other event-specific items.

2.2 Pack-Up Support: Following the conclusion of the event, drivers must also assist with the efficient and organized pack-up of event materials and equipment. This includes disassembling and properly storing event-related items as directed by TEDA.

    3. Time Commitment

Drivers must commit to arriving at the event venue at the specified times designated by TEDA to ensure there is adequate time for both setup and pack-up.

    4. Compliance with TEDA's Instructions

Drivers must strictly adhere to all instructions, guidelines, and directives provided by TEDA and event staff concerning setup and pack-up activities.

    5. Safety

5.1 Drivers are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others during setup and pack-up activities. Immediately report any hazardous conditions or unsafe situations to TEDA.

5.2 Drivers must use appropriate safety equipment, follow safety protocols, and exercise caution when handling event-related materials and equipment.

    6. Modification of Terms

TEDA may modify these Terms at its discretion.

By participating as a driver in TEDA-organized events, you agree to these Event Setup and Pack-Up Assistance Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance with these Terms may result in the loss of driving privileges at future TEDA events. Your commitment to assisting with setup and pack-up activities is vital in creating safe, well-organized, and successful drift events.
